Welcome to Fluke’s Family Fitness Show! Coach Sam, a lively human mentor with decades of experience coaching toddler gymnastics, teams up with Fluke, a spirited nonbinary newt puppet, to bring family fitness to homes everywhere. With musical support from Momma Frog, a puppet reluctantly navigating parenthood, they lead preschool viewers and their caregivers in an interactive fitness program. Beyond exercises, they address emotional and social challenges of toddlers and caregivers alike.
